Return Refund Policy
At Halo Sapphire, your satisfaction is important to us. Each of our products is carefully handcrafted and packed with love. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
As our products are handcrafted scented candles, we do not accept returns unless:
The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
You receive a wrong item than what was ordered.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or wrong product.
Email us at support@halosapphire.com with your order number and issue details.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is approved:
We will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding refund status.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the product is found used or tampered with, refund will not be issued.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund depending on availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
